Health Guarantee
Each puppy comes with a series of dewormings and shots and the required puppy food.
Seller requests that the Purchaser does not immediately change the puppy's diet. If you do
plan to change it's food, do it in a gradual change so not to affect the puppy's digestive tract.
Puppies need to adapt to their new surroundings and bond with the owners and their home
before trips to show them off. This could stress the tiny puppies and cause them to stop
eating and sometimes may cause low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). They need to become
secure in their surroundings before you try to introduce them to something else new. Let
their new home become a secure place for them and then gradually introduce them to new
outings.
I. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to read this agreement
II. This guarantee will be effective for one full year from the pet's date of birth
against a *life threatening genetic disorder resulting in a euthanasia recommendation as

that;

liable for veterinary bills incurred, after the date of purchase. Purchaser is aware that owning
a puppy means that there will be trips to the veterinarian and Purchaser is responsible for all
payments to the veterinarian. Purchaser should provide the puppy with routine preventative
care and follow veterinarians vaccination and deworming guidelines. A LICENSED
VETERINARIAN MUST EXAMINE ALL PUPPIES WITHIN 72 HOURS TO
ACTIVATE THIS AGREEMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If puppy is not examined by a
licensed veterinarian within 72 hours this contract is null and void. If the veterinarian
declares the puppy to be in a life threatening condition the buyer may return the puppy for
one of equal value pending one is available. The puppy must be returned with all the
registration paperwork and written statement from the veterinarian.
B ) If the Purchaser chooses to return the pet due to a diagnosed *disorder as described
above (II), all shipping/delivery charges are the Purchaser's responsibility.

the above description, then the Purchaser will provide Seller with the proper statements;
registration papers, test results, x-rays, etc. provided by the diagnosing veterinarian. In turn
